CHALLENGE
The challenge was to plan, organize and execute a series of teambuilding events that would bring Alcatel Lucent personnel together, build connections and strengthen team communication strategies.
Two Audiences

- Bell Labs Planning
Each audience experienced events in which activities would require teamwork and encourage a strengthening of relationships between the team members.
Each was an outing in which personnel would engage in activities aligned with key corporate goals.

SOLUTION
With over a decade of teambuilding initiatives under its belt, Xperience leapt into the opportunity of strengthening the bonds of Alcatel Lucent's personnel in some of their key initiatives.
From communication-based "Paintball Challenges" to team-synchronicity in "Dragon Boats," all employees learned to excel at collaboration (with a dash of competition) in a friendly, memorable experience that would last long beyond the event and create a more efficient, creative work environment.
OUTCOMES
The Xperience teambuilding approach challenged the people of Alcatel Lucent and Bell Labs to re-evaluate how they interact with their co-workers in, and out of the office, and how such interaction could be improved for the benefit of all.
