Mazda – Best Practices Meeting
To deliver an experience with real meaning for attendees, the Mazda Best Practices Meeting relied on a peer-to-peer approach.
In fact, all opportunities for learning and improvement were developed in collaboration with members of the audience. Across six categories of importance, top performers amongst the audience members were identified, recruited, and then prepared to share experiences with their colleagues. An emphasis was placed on benchmarks and best practices, while all elements of staging and technology were employed to enhance the cross-pollination of ideas.
