CHALLENGE

The challenge was to design and execute a customer experience that would enhance and strengthen Lincoln's image as a true and forward-thinking luxury brand to their target demographics. This experience would need to raise awareness and consideration among consumers, both old and new, of all that Lincoln has to offer.

SOLUTION

To this end, Xperience created the Lincoln ePod - a mobile platform that serves as a portable showroom. The ePod provides a true Lincoln showroom experience, designed to turn heads and immerse consumers in Lincoln luxury:

  • A 2,000 square foot area that includes the ePod structure, standalone display totems and actual vehicles for consumers to experience
  • Replica driver and passenger seating area within the ePod structure that provides the luxury experience of a Lincoln vehicle while displaying all the Lincoln brand technological offerings such as SYNC with MyLincoln Touch
  • Interactive video totems and ePod screens that impress upon consumers the Lincoln standard, and what they truly get from a Lincoln vehicle
  • A remarkable experience reinforced by informed and experienced staff traveling with the ePods to ensure consumers truly understand Lincoln luxury

All of this comes together in a remarkable and unique experience that has redefined Lincoln luxury for not only the company's traditional demographic, but a whole new consumer base as well.

The ePods are innovative experiential platforms—providing superior design and mobility, allowing Xperience to deploy them anywhere in the United States in record time.
