2011 Lincoln Dealer Meeting
CHALLENGE
Xperience was called upon to design and implement an exceptional Lincoln Dealer Meeting that would achieve and sustain a rational and emotional commitment to the Lincoln Brand among attending dealers.
SOLUTION
Xperience executed an immersive event that communicated the message of the new "Lincoln DNA." Xperience engaged the dealership audience with 14 executive segments that touched upon the key themes of employee commitment, dedication and contribution to the core mission of: transformation – resurrection – optimism – opportunity – strength.
These segments included:
- Executive presentations communicating the Lincoln Luxury experience and Lincoln's agenda for the future
- The exciting reveal of the all-new Lincoln MKZ
OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the meeting, attending Dealers overwhelmingly believed that the company is committed to success for the Lincoln Brand and the Lincoln Dealer Network and acknowledged that the company is making progress in its goals. From post-meeting discussion and survey, it was clear the Dealers were completely committed and "bought in" to the company, the brand and their investment in Lincoln itself.
